Shop our full catalog online with a $250 order minimum. Check MOQs per item to make sure you're fully stocked.


Resale Certificate

Customers are responsible for obtaining and submitting a resale certificate that is valid for their business and ship-to state.

OOLY accepts the Uniform Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate – Multijurisdiction (MTC) where permitted. However, acceptance depends on your ship-to state and business registration. Some states require their own state-specific certificate or registration number. Submission of a resale certificate does not automatically guarantee tax-exempt approval. 9.5

Establishing credit

Pre-payment is required for your first order ($250 order minimum). To apply for Net 30 credit terms ($500 order minimum), please email customercare@ooly.com the credit application below.

Note: Credit approval times may vary.

Ongoing terms

Customers with approved terms who pay by credit card incur a 3% convenience fee — we encourage EFT or check to avoid fees. Past-due accounts are subject to a 2% monthly finance charge. Returned checks incur a $35 fee.


Requirements

  • Brick-and-mortar location required with a valid resale certificate.
  • No online-only or mobile boutiques. We do not open accounts for online-only or mobile boutique dealers.
  • No third-party marketplaces. Retailers may not sell OOLY products on third-party sites.
  • International customers — contact international@ooly.com.

All orders ship via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. If you have a UPS account, we can ship using your account details. Invoices are sent by email and are not included with shipments — a packing slip will be attached to the outside of each box.


Return policy

  • Claims for damaged or mis-shipped items must be made within 20 days of receipt. Invoice number and date are required.
  • All returns require prior approval. Orders returned without authorization are subject to rejection.
  • Return Authorization numbers (RA#) provided by OOLY must be listed on all packages.
  • Product returned must be in original OOLY packaging and condition.
  • Defective products older than 6 months from purchase date may not qualify for credit.
